Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of boilerroom.my (the "Service") operated by Boilerroom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Boilerroom provides two core products:
- AppAtlas — a curated directory of SaaS and indie projects enriched with AI-extracted revenue, growth, and strategy data, accessible to subscribers.
- Build — a guided framework (7D: Discover → Define → Design → Develop → Deploy → Distribute → Debug) for launching a SaaS product, with AI-assisted steps and optional expert review.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
Subscriptions
Access to AppAtlas data beyond demo projects requires an active paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at checkout and on your account page.
Credits
Certain Build features (e.g., expert review requests) consume credits. Credit costs are shown before you confirm the action. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle.
- To cancel, go to your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued.
Refunds
We offer a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not consumed any credits and have accessed no non-demo AppAtlas content. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute AppAtlas data, project analyses, or any Service content
- Use the Service to build a competing product that aggregates the same data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without prior written consent
- Submit false, misleading, or illegal content through Build steps or expert review requests
- Share your account to give others access to paid features
5. AI-Generated Content
Build steps and AppAtlas analyses use large language models (LLMs). AI output:
- May contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations
- Is provided for informational and planning purposes only
- Does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.
6. Expert Feedback
Expert review is a best-effort advisory service. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Expert opinions are personal views and do not constitute professional advice. Credits consumed for an expert review request are non-refundable once the review is delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your content (project briefs, files, step answers) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the Service.
- Service content (AppAtlas analyses, framework methodology, UI, copy) is owned by Boilerroom. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time beyond the 7-day window in Section 3.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOILERROOM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Changes to These Terms
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boilerroom is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
